The two key steps to start working with your desire.
Desire isn’t something you think of and then go and get it. Desire is something you FEEL in the body. It’s usually quite simple. And then the manifestation of that is how you meet that desire. So for example, you might want intimacy with someone, so you look for a relationship, and you look for a particular ideal mate to have that intimacy.
The problem that arises in the way we work with desire is multi faceted. And usually we do it backwards, and never get to let our desire out, never mind getting what we actually want.
